We now have Yoga on our schedule 5 days a week featuring four different yoga styles (Yin, Hatha, Embodyoga TM, and Embody-CORE)

Yin Yoga

Yin is a passive yoga practice, focused on applying stress to connective tissue and fascia. This class will incorporate mindful movement, utilizing long-holds in postures, paired with trigger point release to optimize mobility. Its the perfect class to add into your exercise routine – adding some yin (passive) to your yang (active) lifestyle.

Taught by Sarah Durr every week on Monday nights at 7 PM

Hatha Yoga

This Hatha yoga melds the technical skills of alignment, a mindful approach to each pose with hold/release format that builds, emphasis on breath work, guided mediation, and energy, stamina, and strength work with rich practice in breathing technique (pranayama).  This Iyengar yoga is meant for all levels as there will be extra focus on form, mind-connection, and how to glide through poses with ease.

Embodyoga TM

Experience the body-mind connection. Deepen your practice. Increase awareness. Tune in for an hour to take a break from the hectic everyday lives we all live. All levels are encouraged and welcome!

Embody-CORE

Embody-CORE; Build strength and stability in your core. This class is fluid and fun! It combines the principles of Embodyoga® with strength, bodyweight exercises and rhythm for a fusion of yoga and workout that will get you sweating, moving and accessing your core in fun new ways! All levels are encouraged and welcome!

TRX Barre Fusion

Our slow and controlled core inspiring Indoor TRX class gets a barre twist. We focus on burning out your small muscles group through heavy fatigue with big results. Plie, releve, alongee, and pulse it out on the TRX strap or drop the strap and right to the barre for one minute and then slide to a bootcamp station featuring bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, and more for the next minute. This is designed to keep your body guessing and dive into your small muscle groups in a safe and challenging community environment.
TRX allows for a nice efficient flow from one exercise to the next with low impact on the joints, making it the fastest most efficient 45 minutes of your workout week.  You add working to the beat of energizing music, where you’ll feel your muscles heat up like never before, takes this class over the top. It’s a feeling of empowerment that will keep you coming back, as you take back control of your body in a dynamic, revolutionary way.

Zumba

®ZUMBA Fitness-Party

®ZUMBA classes are meant to feel like a fitness-party. The dance set is made up of Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, rhythmic and aerobic movements set to international music. ®ZUMBA truly exhilarates the senses and works all major muscle groups in a cardio blast that leaves you feeling invigorated, refreshed and full of life. Most important are the PEOPLE that make up a ®ZUMBA fitness class. We will shake it, and sweat, and smile, and have so much fun together!

Zumba is taught by our Rock-star Instructor Rebecca Woodland on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM and Sundays at 8:15 AM

Cardio Kick

Punch off those extra pounds and kick excuses to the curb! Cardio Kickboxing provides stress relief, total body toning and burns hundreds of calories by combining boxing and martial arts basics with calisthenics and plyometrics, all set to energetic music. It can be modified to all levels, so come give it try and have a blast!

Fit Camp (Indoor and Outdoor)

Fit Camp offers a fun, fast-paced, and challenging interval based strength and endurance session appropriate for all fitness levels. Increase muscular endurance and strength by completing dumbbell exercises, body-weight training, and innovative fitness stations. Conditioning exercises such as agility drills, battle-ropes, and sled-pulls (outside) tank pulls (inside) are added to ensure a holistic approach to you achieving your overall fitness goals. This group fitness class is designed to push everyone a little bit further than they would push themselves in the gym alone, while having a great time with lots of support. Come Get Fit!
