Why Small Group Training?

Small GroupIn Small Group Training, you’ll work with three or four other students in a variety of workouts that will suit all your fitness needs. Led by a certified trainer, you will receive individualized attention yet develop a strong camaraderie and a sense of teamwork with the people in your class. You will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance that you never thought you’d be able to.

We’ve placed several throughout the week, giving you the opportunity to attend what is convenient for your schedule. We encourage you to stick with the same training schedule each week, when possible, so that you are able to form lasting connections with others in your group and gain a sense of accountability to your trainer and group in order to be most successful.  All levels are invited to attend.
