Take your strength to the next level. Our goal is to make your body stronger, improve your muscular endurance, and increase your caloric expenditure. This customized training program is focused and incredibly effective. Building on traditional athletic strength training methods, you will complete a rigorous full-body strength session. The class is fully customizable to all levels. You will learn to challenge your body using heavier weights than found in group fitness classes. Also, this class incorporates dumbbells, barbells, rope drills, kettlebells, pull-up bar, TRX, and agility drills. The training program progression involves four four-week sessions, carefully designed to increase overall full-body strength while keeping the class fun and challenging.
Client will receive:
• Structured programming for a small group of up to 8 participants
• Free Assessment with one-on-one preparation prior to first session
• Correspondence with a certified personal trainer for better goal attainment
• Private Facebook Group, offering fitness information, program updates, and community development etc.
