I am really glad that I decided to venture into all of this. Having always been active, in late 2014 and into early 2015 I was not as active and fit as I would have preferred. Since making the decision to do something about that (March 2015) I have dropped 14 pounds. Having just turned 50 this past September, I feel so much better about the direction I am headed. 50 is the new 30?!
It’s been a very positive experience for me. All of you have been and are great (both welcoming and attentive).
