Fit Camp offers a fun, fast-paced, and challenging interval based strength and endurance session appropriate for all fitness levels. Increase muscular endurance and strength by completing dumbbell exercises, body-weight training, and innovative fitness stations. Conditioning exercises such as agility drills, battle-ropes, and sled-pulls (outside) tank pulls (inside) are added to ensure a holistic approach to you achieving your overall fitness goals. This group fitness class is designed to push everyone a little bit further than they would push themselves in the gym alone, while having a great time with lots of support. Come Get Fit!
