Our slow and controlled core inspiring Indoor TRX class gets a barre twist. We focus on burning out your small muscles group through heavy fatigue with big results. Plie, releve, alongee, and pulse it out on the TRX strap or drop the strap and right to the barre for one minute and then slide to a bootcamp station featuring bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, and more for the next minute. This is designed to keep your body guessing and dive into your small muscle groups in a safe and challenging community environment.
TRX allows for a nice efficient flow from one exercise to the next with low impact on the joints, making it the fastest most efficient 45 minutes of your workout week. You add working to the beat of energizing music, where you’ll feel your muscles heat up like never before, takes this class over the top.
