Katie was born and raised in Little Rock, AR, and received her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She lived in Austin and Galveston, TX, for several years before moving to Western Mass in April 2013 and couldn’t be happier about her move. She loves the multitude of outdoor offerings of the Pioneer Valley, including road biking, hiking, camping, and exploring the beautiful, quaint towns of New England.
Having a lifelong passion for health and wellness, Katie is on a mission to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals and has devoted herself to personal and group training. She takes a mindful approach to fitness and will challenge you to realize your inner strength, both physically and mentally. She strives to balance her compassionate nature while inspiring her clients to reach their individual potential.
